Last year, for Halloween, we got several new Operators from the spooky side, such as Spawn, Alucard, and even Skeletor. Season 3 of Warzone is bringing a couple of new Operators to the game who bring a certain chill vibe to the battlefield that most would not be accustomed to.

The announcement comes from the official Call of Duty page on X, revealing details about the upcoming Tracer Pack coming to Season 3. Puffing their way onto the long list of Operators are Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong, the comedic pair best known for their proclivity to partake in the devil’s lettuce.

Along with the two new Operators, we are also getting three Weapon Blueprints, a Charm, Sticker, Large Decal, Loading Screen, and the “Second Hand Smoke” Finishing Move. Given the age of the two new Operators, even though they appear to be younger in the game, it’s going to be funny to see how the Warzone Finishing Move plays out.

Both Cheech and Chong have been in various forms of media for a while now. Starting as stand-up comedians known for their counter-culture commentary, they soon took to the silver screen with Up in Smoke as their debut feature. Since then, they have become pioneers within the stoner movie genre, amassing a strong following of fans who chuckle at their jokes to this very day.

On the same level as Snoop Dogg as stoner icons, Cheech and Chong are always mentioned and presented as a pair, even though they have fallen out in real life. This is due to creative differences when it comes to their movies, which led the pair to go their separate ways. Regardless of their breakup, the two are now iconic in pop culture and synonymous with a rotation set-up anywhere in the world.

Cheech and Chong making their way into Call of Duty are not the only throwback players will be getting. Season 3 will also bring back the fan-favorite Rebirth Island map, a much-requested map in the game.

Cheech and Chong may drop into the game next month, possibly even on 4/20, so fans eager to play as the two stoners would do well to keep their eyes on a release date. The new Season could also bring one of the best perks to the game, so all in all, the new update has a lot for players to sink their teeth into.
