The Indecent Proposal star mentioned that she attended an afterparty with Willis the night of the premiere and the Pulp Fiction actor requested her to write down her phone number right on his arm. That’s not all. When she was driving home, Willis and his entourage pulled up in a limo beside her car on the highway. She said:

“It was a stretch limousine in the next lane, with Bruce Willis and his buddies poking up through the open sunroof, waving and shouting, ‘Hey, Demi! It was like the universe was telling me: pay attention to this one.”

She did indeed pay attention to Willis because in 1987 she began a relationship with him. After just 4 months of being together, the two decided to get married in the presence of a few guests. But problems soon began to surface in their relationship.

In a 1996 Playboy interview, Bruce Willis said that marriage or children can’t deter a man’s natural procreation instincts. He boldly said, “What is marriage? No woman is going to satisfy a man’s natural impulse to procreate, procreate, procreate. The impulse doesn’t go away because you have three or 10 or a hundred kids.” But that’s not all.

The Ghost actress said her ex-husband “craved excitement and novelty. Basically he wanted to do whatever the f— he wanted. He was 36, throw in celebrity and money. You do the math.” Apart from the cheating allegations, Moore also revealed that Willis wanted her to stay at home with the children.

She wrote, “I experienced the most conventional family dynamic I’d ever known in those years.” Their marriage finally ended in 1987. But to this day, the two remain close friends and Moore is allegedly determined to help her ex’s current family out during this troublesome time.
