With America’s support towards its exceptional ally – Israel, the US is offering practically unconditional support, be it financial, military, or political, to the nation at war.
However, Americans are currently divided in their approval of Israel’s military action against Hamas, leading them to question the US government’s unending support for their ally. Even actor Mark Ruffalo took a stand on X to call out President Joe Biden regarding his actions while digging deep with anti-Israel comments.
Mark Ruffalo Calls Out President Biden’s Unwavering Military Assistance
For years, Israel has been an exceptional ally towards the US, and therefore during the recent war between Israel and Hamas, America has been supporting their ally with practically everything needed. But since the war has been going on for a long time, risking innocent lives, Americans are now divided in their approval of Israel’s military action against Hamas.
This forced them to plead with President Joe Biden to reconsider his unconditional support for Israel. However, while his administration has pushed for a ceasefire, Biden recently used his presidential authority to send weapons to Israel, causing chaos in his own nation. Following this action, actor Mark Ruffalo took to his X account to plead to Biden.

Following a few members’ resignations from the Biden Administration, Mark Ruffalo tagged Tariq Habash’s resignation letter and called out the President to address the issue. Noting how there has been a “growing credibility gap between this administration’s stated core values vs actions” Ruffalo mentioned that it creates a “depressive effect on organizing and support around the upcoming election.”
Mark Ruffalo Addresses the Loss of Innocent Lives in Wars
Almost pleading with President Joe Biden to address the issues that have been going on due to his unwavering military assistance towards Israel, Mark Ruffalo noted the loss of innocent lives in war. Following Tariq Habash’s resignation letter, which claimed that the Biden-Harris Administration has put millions of innocent lives in danger, mainly 2.3M Palestinians living in Gaza, Ruffalo asked Biden to reconsider his assistance.
“It is the hope of so many here and around the world that you reconsider your unwavering military assistance for what is no longer a war, but an illegal and atrocious action exacted on innocent people. It is corrosive for any chance of lasting peace in the region.” Ruffalo tweeted.
According to a member of the Biden Administration Tariq Habash, “the US government has aided indiscriminate violence against Palestinians in Gaza” killing over 22,000 civilians. And despite such atrocities, Habash claimed that “President Biden has publicly questioned the integrity of Palestinian death counts”. This particular tweet led more and more Americans to get divided over the US’s support for Israel.

Accusing the US government of providing unconditional military funding to Israel, Tariq Habash claimed Israel isn’t interested in protecting innocent lives. Meanwhile, irrespective of what people have to say, Mark Ruffalo took his own stand and called out President Biden. Stating that “these resignations should give [Biden] pause.” and claiming that “democracy is indeed at stake”, the actor dug deep with anti-Israel comments.
