Looks like, after the season’s popularity, Happy Hogan has the potential to replace Mark Ruffalo‘s Hulk. But is it possible? There’s no denying, that Happy Hogan has taken on a new identity, with his appearance in the animated series.

But, it’s important to note that the events in What If…? are part of an alternate storyline, not the main MCU canon. So, while he may have transformed himself into The Freak, doesn’t mean he will replace the Hulk in the MCU’s continuity.

Certain characters from What If…? are well-received by fans. So, there’s a chance of them appearing in live-action or being featured as animated characters in other projects.

Like, Captain Carter made an appearance in live-action which was played by Hayley Atwell in Doctor Strange, the Multiverse of Madness.

Given Iron Man’s return in MCU projects like Armor Wars and Ironheart, fans of Happy Hogan may also see more of him in future MCU flicks.
