On May 14, Activision Blizzard released Diablo 4 Season 4 with a ton of new features, including a masterworking system that allows players to fully upgrade and customize each class, as well as a more challenging endgame for the most experienced players.

Activision Blizzard has been launching post-game content for Diablo 4 since the game was released back in October of last year. Players are excited about every new season that will add more features to the endgame and changes in the class that will create a new meta. The latest season of the game introduced over 50 nightmare dungeons, simplifying the process for players to acquire fresh loot and materials to enhance their characters.
Not all the players are happy with these new dungeons, encountering several issues, like sudden disconnection from the dungeon and losing the sigils that they have summoned.

This was a particular complaint on Reddit, where the player said that he lost a ton of sigils in the nightmare dungeons, asking the studio to fix this glitch immediately. Other users also confirmed that this would happen to them and asked for a solution.

The affix sigils are very important for the players because, with them, they could have a better chance to create and get legendary loot and materials to create gear for the character. This will eventually lead the player to be able to enter more difficult dungeons. However, if these sigils disappear due to connection problems, the player cannot retrieve them and will lose them for nothing.
In the same post that detailed the user’s complaint, the user also provided a solution for the studio to consider. User Special_Bicycle_2905 said that the sigil doesn’t get consumed if at least the player is 100% verified to be already inside the nightmare dungeon. This will prevent any loss of the item if the player gets kicked out of the dungeon for connectivity issues or if the servers are not working well.
Diablo 4 Season 4 brought a great improvement in the utilization of a possible overhaul of items, giving the new gear and equipment for the character a chance to be upgraded, reaching a new power level in the game. There were also several new adjustments for the Barbarian and other classes that made players very happy and go back to the Activision Blizzard title once more.
