According to a theory, Doflamingo’s speech emphasized the fact that whoever wins the war will become justice and decide what is right and what is wrong. He has also pointed out the fact that these terms have been constantly changed throughout the course of history by the winner of the battle.
The theory exclaims that what if, the power of One Piece is to change or rewrite history as you see fit. This would definitely be the biggest treasure anyone can achieve in the world and would surely change the future in their favor. Just like The World Government did to hide the Void country and its secrets.
This theory fits perfectly with Doflamingo’s speech and would answer many of the unsolved mysteries of the series. It would also be the perfect ending to the series, as the winner of the race to achieve One Piece would be able to remove each and every problem that has been developed in the world, thus making it an ideal place to live in.
