According to the theory, this trick will reveal the real face of the World Government and the five elders to the real world.
Fans Speculate That Vegapunk is Going To Reveal The Secrets of the Void Century
The events in One Piece chapter 1109 have resulted in readers attributing the belief that Dr. Vegapunk wants to provide important details about the Void Century to the whole One Piece world. It makes sense that Dr. Vegapunk would be willing to reveal the secrets of the Void Century to the general population given that he was studying the Void Century.
Also, Admiral Kizaru and the Marines were originally directed to Egghead Island as a result of his studying the prohibited Void Century. The remainder of the Gorosei, on the other hand, appear to be summoned to Egghead Island to stop Dr. Vegapunk’s message about the Void Century from being told to the entire world.

The theory was posted by @SurgeonofDepth on X(Formerly Twitter) and it states that in chapter 1109, Dr. Vegapunk stressed the importance of preparing Video Transponder Snails instead of conventional ones for those who would be viewing his message before disclosing it. This is most likely because the pre-recorded message used a visual aid of some kind to support his discovery.
He also allowed ten minutes for the public to prepare the transponder snails. According to the hypothesis, his true objective may be to expose the five elders himself, using the 10-minute timer to coerce them into gathering at Egghead in one location, and then revealing their true forms to the entire world.
This would reveal to the world the truth that the World Government is ruled by evil and corrupt entities. Thus exposing the five elders and the World Government to the world which would cause chaos and possibly the destruction of the World Government in One Piece.
