Synopsis About Dragon Ball Daima Revealed
A new premise for the upcoming Dragon Ball Daima anime and details about Toriyama’s close involvement in the project, which includes new character designs, plotlines, and an entirely new story, was revealed in the schedule on the Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour website.
The synopsis read:
“DRAGON BALL DAIMA is a new anime in which Akira Toriyama has been directly involved with the production of its brand-new story, including the plot and character designs. Also, it is being released for the 40th anniversary of the original DRAGON BALL series, taking the fans’ expectations to a whole new level.”
Although it doesn’t reveal much new information about the storyline, it does explain that Akira Toriyama is bringing in new character designs and the series will take the expectations of Dragon Ball fans to a whole new level. Along with the synopsis, a new description of the Dragon Ball Daima panel was also released on the website.
New Description About Dragon Ball Daima
Additionally, a new description of Dragon Ball Daima was made available on the Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour website. It mentioned that Akio Iyoku, the executive producer of Dragon Ball, will be featured in a special Dragon Ball Daima panel at the particular event.
It is anticipated that fans will receive exclusive details and access to behind-the-scenes information about the anime’s production.
The description stated:
“Dragon Ball Executive Producer Akio Iyoku will make a guest appearance at the Dragon Ball Special Panel! Mr. Iyoku will share behind-the-scenes tidbits about the making of the Dragon Ball Daima anime, which is scheduled for release in Fall 2024, as well as other exclusive info. New artwork by Akira Toriyama himself will also be displayed, so don’t miss it!”
Along with Mr. Iyoku giving some behind-the-scene insights, fans also will be treated with new artwork by Toriyama himself. This is truly a one-in-a-million event for Dragon Ball fans.
