Even though Sand Land is based on the contemporary artist/writer Akira Toriyama’s work, the community seems to be more eager for Sparking Zero to arrive as soon as possible. Seems like fans would rather have the next game in the fighting saga than entertain a different game altogether.

Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero Is Clearly Making It Tough for Other Games to Garner Attention

The upcoming Dragon Ball game didn’t really prepare fans for the amount of excitement that’s being seen on the internet right now. With just the first trailer and a roster that’s diverse, fans have started hyping up the game beyond their imagination. Sparking Zero is indeed going to be a spiritual successor to the older fighting games.

It’s been long since fans have received a proper game that’s true to the franchise, and the upcoming fighter is going to shake things up. The mechanics seem to be on point, and the roster seems promising. What else can a fan ask for?

A recent tweet by Bandai Namco shared the trailer for Sand Land, an upcoming game that’s much different from what fans are used to. At least when speaking from a narrative standpoint. As expected, the response to the tweet has been ignorant of the game. Instead, fans are asking for more updates on another game altogether.

What’s Sand Land All About?

Even though the game looks promising, it might just have a hard time receiving the needed attention.

If you were ever a fan of Mad Max and wanted a manga or anime version of the same with a lot of adorable characters, this game would be right up your alley. The manga was originally written and illustrated by Akira Toriyama, a talented personality who has a knack for simple yet engaging storytelling. The ideas are promising, and the characters are quite loveable.

The upcoming game is based on the same narrative, and according to the official website, it seems that this one’s going to be an action RPG.

In this Action-RPG, you will become the main character Beelzebub, and learn how to control his demonic powers as you lead your company of heroic misfits while exploring the legendary world of SAND LAND.

It’s exciting, isn’t it? The title looks faithful to its source material and would make for an enchanting adventure across a world that’s trying to do its best to survive. Unfortunately, it will have to fight ‘another‘ game that’s closer to many anime lovers.
