Dragon Ball Legends requires players to assemble teams of fighters in the form of ‘Z-Power’. However, the one issue with the game is Goku not being the protagonist of the game. Invented and designed especially for the game by original author Akira Toriyama, the main protagonist of the game is an amnesiac Saiyan known as Shallot.

Although he is a strong character and probably one of the strongest in the game, Shallot has admitted that he is not strong enough to beat Goku in his super-saiyan form. Still, he has decent strength and he was able to fight characters such as Frieza, Cell, and Kid Buu in the game.

The Powers and Abilities of Shallot in Dragon Ball

Shallot is a former Saiyan from long ago who awoke to discover he was a contestant in the Tournament of Time. Shallot is much weaker than other Saiyans in the game and series. Shallot is no match for characters like Future Trunks and Goku, not even in Super Saiyan form. Shallot can only defeat Frieza’s second form despite training under Goku to unleash more potential.

Later on, it is revealed that his Super Saiyan form is about equal to Android 16. On the other hand, it is demonstrated that Semi-Perfect Cell is too strong for Shallot. Later in the game, he can transform into Super Saiyan 2 and 3 forms, but even then, he is still much weaker than Goku.

Although he has all the abilities and powers of a Super Saiyan, he still is no match for characters like Goku and Vegeta. This proves that even though Shallot is designed by Toriyama, Goku, and Vegeta hold more importance than him in the series and the game as well.

Greatest Achievements of Shallot in Dragon Ball Legends

Along with killing multiple Android 19s, Shallot also kills a version of Frieza from before the final battle of Namek after he consumes several Fruits of the Tree of Might, transporting him back to his correct moment with no memories of the tournament.

Additionally, he was successful in defeating Kid Buu, who was strengthened by Dark Ki and descended from the Innocent Buu via the Super Buu. Together with Teen Gohan, Bardock, Cabba, and Zahha, he also defeated a strong variant of Cell that was created during the time Shallot was called.

Shallot can also defeat Android 13, which was created using the battle data of multiple fighters from different eras, while in his Super Android state and armed with dark ki. This proves that although Shallot is not as powerful as Goku, he still has some decent achievements in the game and is strong enough to beat characters like Cell and Frieza.
