The Mister Fantastic played by John Krasinski didn’t meet a very good fate in Doctor Strange: In the Multiverse of Madness. The character met a brutal death when Wanda Maximoff shredded him into spaghetti. But it was Earth-838’s version so the Reed Richards of the main universe is still yet to be seen.

Recently in an interview at the London Film Festival, Emily Blunt dropped a hint that may suggest that all the recast rumors are a hoax. She said that she was very happy when her husband got the role as even Krasinski was a huge fan of the superhero verse.

“I was really happy for him because I think he’s a huge fan. And I understand why it’s such an ardent passionate religion for people. It’s a huge part of our cinematic history now. So he was thrilled.”

Further, when she was told by the Interviewer that everybody is hoping to see him back, she gave a very clever reply.

Interviewer: “Well I think everyone else was as well, hoping we can see him again.

“Blunt: “Yeah? Well, I hope so. I hope so. You never know.”

It is not a concrete reply and can mean many things. It can also be the truth that she might also doesn’t know about the truth, but the fandom still hopes that John Krasinski might also be the Reed Richards of the upcoming Fantastic 4 movie.
