Dwayne Johnson returned to WWE at Friday Night SmackDown at the Desert Diamond Arena in Arizona. The event opened with members of The Bloodline – Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso, and manager Paul Heyman. While the wrestlers made their way to the ring, Roman Reigns told the crowd to acknowledge him and was met with a reception he was definitely not accepting, receiving boos from the audience.
Roman Reigns then went on to ask the crowd to acknowledge him a couple more times and, again, was left disappointed. This prompted the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion to announce that it was time to leave but was stopped by Paul Heyman as they had one surprise entry – Dwayne Johnson a.k.a. The Rock. While he was introducing Dwayne Johnson, the cameras panned to Roman Reigns, who was just not having it!
Is Dwayne Johnson’s Family Fed Up with Him?
Friday Night SmackDown almost saw Roman Reigns about to exit the ring thanks to the crowd’s underwhelming response to his entry. While kicking off the event with other members of The Bloodline, Reigns told the audience, “Glendale, Arizona. Acknowledge me. It used to be louder. I know it’s not me, it’s got to be you.” His command was met with a cold response and quite a few boos from the crowd.
Reigns decided to give the crowd two more chances but was met with disappointment every time. In the end, Reigns said, “We’re done here. Call the FBO. Get the jet ready. This appearance is done. You’re welcome. We’re done here.” However, Reigns’ plans of exiting the event were spoiled by Paul Heyman, who stated,
“But my Tribal Chief, we have some other business. We can’t leave yet. He’s coming out…Ladies and gentlemen, in just a moment, The People’s Champ, The BDE in WWE, the greatest movie star of all time will be out here live. The Rock.”
As Heyman introduced Dwayne Johnson, the cameras focused on Reigns’ face, who was clearly not interested and appeared absolutely fed up as he made annoyed faces at Heyman’s words. Check out the Tribal Chief’s reaction to his cousin’s introduction:

Clearly, the man was the least bit interested. Reigns wasn’t the only one over it as even Solo Sikoa appeared to be quite frustrated with everything that was going on.

It looks like Johnson’s cousins are absolutely done with him despite The Rock having recently joined The Bloodline last month.
Roman Reigns Tells Dwayne Johnson to Acknowledge Him
As Heyman announced The Rock’s entry, the crowd once again erupted into a wave of boos to which the Fast & Furious actor replied, “Are you sure you want to boo The Rock?” before taking a jab at the audience. Cutting him off during his long speech, Reigns put a hand on his cousin’s wrist and stated,
“I need something from you. I’ll do anything for my family. But I need this one thing. Acknowledge Me.”
This led to The Rock and The Tribal Chief staring each other down for one minute before Johnson complied with Reigns’ wish. He stated,
“Roman Reigns, my family, I acknowledge you as my Tribal Chief. Let The Rock explain something to you idiots. This is family. And we will do anything for family. Now, go home and smoke some more crack. If You Smell…”
The Rock handed the microphone to Reigns, who finished Johnson’s famous saying with, “…What The Bloodline Is Cooking!” Afterward, the two brothers embraced each other in a hug. It looks like all’s well within The Bloodline!
