With the movie dealing with sports and love, How Do You Know received a rating of 5.4/10 on IMDB and a meager rating of 31% on Rotten Tomatoes. What’s more harrowing is that the movie was made with a budget of $120 million. The worldwide box office collection of the movie turned out to be $49.6 million! Even Paul Rudd and Reese Witherspoon weren’t able to save the loss of $70.4 million as the 2010 movie became one of the worst box office failures in Hollywood!
Paul Rudd Had To Suffer To Earn His Fame!
After years of working, Paul Rudd starred in the role of Scott Lang aka Ant-Man, and became famous around the world. Having a muscular physique for the role, the actor talked to the Off Menu podcast about the diet that he had to strictly follow and how little his reward was!
“When I was having to train for the Ant-Man movie, I was on a very restrictive diet. My reward was sparkling water. That’s how horrible that diet was. I was like, ‘Ugh alright. I’m going to have some sparkling water now. I’ve earned it.’ Too much carbonation, I would have exploded at that size. One bubble would take me out.”
Rudd earned fame for his physique and for portraying the role of Ant-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As for the iconic 2010 movie that was a spectacular failure, How Do You Know is available to stream on Netflix in the U.S.
