With Tarantino being a veteran director with some truly iconic stories to tell, the writer had a legal battle with one movie starring Robert Downey Jr. Back in 1994, director Oliver Stone released Natural Born Killers which was a failure and the blame was shifted on Quentin Tarantino. The director told to MovieMaker that it was outrageous.

“All over the world — everywhere we went — we were hurt by the critics with him saying we had rewritten the script. He hadn’t even seen the movie, but he was commenting on me, saying stuff about my films. It was just outrageous.”

In a separate interview with The Telegraph, Quentin Tarantino further went on to say that he hated that movie and did not want to associate with it anymore.

“I hated that f**king movie. If you like my stuff, don’t watch that movie.”

Natural Born Killers starred Woody Harrelson and Robert Downey Jr. alongside an ensemble cast but the movie received an average rating of 7.2/10 on IMDB. The movie was a box office failure but it gained popularity by becoming a cult classic.
