It is none other than the infamous Batman Ninja, the 2018 film is one of the horrible DCAU films that every viewer would like to erase from their memories. Our hero arrives a little late, and as the device starts, it unexpectedly teleports Batman, the Batfamily, and some of the biggest villains back in the Sengoku Period. Interestingly, all his villains are warlords battling over Japan.

The film was bizarre and to put it simply the story sounded nonsensical. It commenced as an isekai anime, that soon transitioned to mechs, followed by a final battle that was wholeheartedly despised by the fans.

The Batman franchise is usually known for being serious and has the gist of a thriller that makes the hero’s films different from other heroes. However, the 2018 felt as if it deliberately focused less on the unique traits surrounding the character, and felt like a parody of a Batman anime.

The film was such a letdown that DC fans forgot that a film like Batman Ninja existed, but to add to the fans’ horror, a sequel has been announced and fans have gone to social media to express their dissatisfaction.

DC Fans Are Frustrated Over Batman Ninja Getting a Sequel

Kamikaze Douga’s Batman Ninja had made a joke out of Batman as they decided to feature a lot of peculiarities of the Caped Crusader that can not defended with even the slightest of seriousness. A majority of the scenes featured in the film have irritated its viewers as the studio had complete creative freedom while making the film.

Fans had forgotten the studio for creating such a horrendous film until Warner Bros. announced a sequel to the 2018 film. The film is titled Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League. Naturally, fans were not elated with the news as they went to X to express their discontent of the film.

While Warner Bros. had announced the sequel, they have decided to keep the cast and plot under wraps, and they will share more information about the sequel in the coming days.
