Back in September 2020, FandomWire, with Popcorned Planet, had first confirmed that both Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield will be reprising their previous roles in the movie alongside Tom Holland’s Spider-Man. With Tom Holland’s Spider-Man’s identity being revealed in the public by Mysterio and J. Jonah Jameson, the teenage superhero pays a visit to Doctor Strange to make him anonymous once again. However, continuous tinkering with the spell becomes catastrophic as it rips open the multiverse, paving the path for every major villain who is aware of Peter Parker as Spider-Man. With Tom Holland’s Spider-Man facing seasoned villains, the sides are balanced once Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s versions of Spider-Man join the fight to save the day one more time with their years of experience as friendly neighborhood Spider-Men in their respective worlds.
