Recently, Roberts faced criticism for her transphobic remarks against American Horror Story co-star Angelica Ross during their time on set. Despite her apology to Ross, it appears her rude behavior continues, as a TikToker revealed an unpleasant encounter with the Holidate actress.
Samantha, the TikToker, had attended the Good Burger 2 premiere afterparty along with her brother, where they met Roberts and the meeting didn’t go as expected. Other users on TikTok also concurred with tales of the actress’s behavior they have heard or experienced.
TikToker Reveals Emma Roberts’ Rude Behavior
Samantha recounted her weird encounter with Emma Roberts to her 800,000 followers on TikTok. They met at the premiere afterparty of Good Burger 2, starring SNL regular Kenan Thompson. Samantha shared that during the party, she tried to climb onto a giant-sized burger bed for photos when someone pushed her up, saying, “Get up there, b**ch”.
It was Emma Roberts, and Samantha later found the Ashby actress to say hello following their earlier interaction. However, it appeared that Roberts was not in a nice mood and behaved rudely to the TikToker. When Samantha called out her rudeness, Roberts turned to her and asked if she would like a photo. She also put forward the condition of only taking a selfie and needing to show her good side. Samantha shared on her TikTok:
“Right when we get up to her, she’s so rude… But then I said, ‘Why are you being a b****?’ I was like eight margaritas deep. And then she just turns to me and she’s like, ‘Do you want a photo?’ She also was like, ’Only a selfie and I need my good side.’”
Another user also noted that she also met Roberts who also told her ‘only selfie and her good side’. However, Samantha still considered the interaction one of the best she ever had because she got to witness Roberts’ iconic “b**ch” behavior. This story comes shortly after Roberts apologized to co-star Angelica Ross following transphobic allegations.
Emma Roberts Was Accused Of Transphobia By Co-Star
While filming American Horror Story: 1984, actresses Angelica Ross and Emma Roberts came at odds after the former accused the latter of making transphobic remarks and playing mind games. An undated Instagram Livestream (reposted on X) from the transgender actress recounted the incident, where Ross also alleged that Roberts’ behavior created a hostile work environment.
Ross shared that when she was conversing with Roberts, the We’re the Millers actress randomly complained to director John J. Gray that Ross was being mean. Ross shared that when John stated, “OK, ladies, that’s enough. Let’s get back to work,” Roberts remarked, “Don’t you mean lady?”. The remark caused a rift between the actresses, with both refusing to speak even while filming scenes together.
After the reposted video went viral, Roberts reached out to Ross and apologized. Ross shared the same on her social media, thanking the Scream Queens actress for apologizing. The latest season of American Horror Story, Delicate, premiered on September 20, 2023, and featured Emma Roberts alongside Kim Kardashian and Cara Delevingne.
