After years of waiting, Rockstar Games has finally announced to unveil GTA 6 to the players in early December and it has opened the floodgates of speculations and predictions. The developers haven’t revealed anything about GTA 6 since it was announced back in 2022 that the next Grand Theft Auto game is under development.

GTA games have one of the best open worlds ever seen in video games and Rockstar always strives and pushes to achieve dome better than in its previous games. The developer did the same with Red Dead Redemption 2 and its open world that immersed players in the in-game environment, and we could see something like that in GTA 6.

How Can GTA 6 Make Its Open World Much More Interactive?

Rockstar Games have said that they want their name game to exceed all the expectations and it only makes sense that we could get random encounters like we saw in Red Dead Redemption 2. The previous game in the Grand Theft Auto franchise, GTA 5 has one of the largest maps ever seen in GTA games and is somewhat interactive but still falls behind Red Dead Redemption 2.

Random encounters in Red Dead Redemption 2 allowed players to explore the open world and do a million things all over the map. Players were able to place bets in poker, interact with NPCs, visit town, and attend magic lantern shows as well as interact with flora and fauna.

One of the best things about interacting with NPCs in RDR2 is that they remember if players wronged them in the past, but this is something that would make GTA 6 much more immersive and also add more realism to the game. There were also several people to meet and various activities to do in Red Dead Redemption 2 making it one of the best open-world experiences and while GTA 5 had something like this, it still felt empty at times.

GTA 5‘s open world lets players explore but there is still a lack of activities to do. Although there are side missions sometimes, they feel useless with the outcome they have. GTA 6 could do better with a large map but also could bring a variety of activities for players at every place. The game could also allow players to interact with wildlife other than killing them, collecting animal supplies, and more.

The random encounters in Red Dead Redemption 2 keep the open world very interesting even if you’re in the middle of nowhere. GTA 6 could feature such encounters which would captivate players and make the whole experience more immersive. There could be NPCs robbing stores or banks and even people arguing and fighting on the streets in the distance would be brilliant.

GTA 6 has lots of car chases and road accidents would also make a great addition. It’d also be interesting if players could bribe police officers to let them go. Players would also love to see them having fun with NPCs or just killing them after they’re done chilling. Random events make the games much more interesting and it’s the reason why Red Dead Redemption 2 was so successful.

GTA 6 will allow players to explore the open world and it’d make the whole experience more immersive if NPCs come and interact with players whether it is to take a picture, ask for a ride or even ask for help to hide from the cops. Since GTA 6 is rumored to be set in Vice City, it could feature a park with wild animals. NPCs trying to hunt the animals with the chances of them being hunted down would be great to see.

Some other random encounters additions could be police rushing to crime scenes and securing the area, changing weather, and so many more. GTA 6 could have diverse activities and encounters scattered all over the map would just be amazing if present.
