The Grand Theft Auto series, also known as GTA, is one of the most popular gaming series of all time with fans across the globe. Created by well-known developer Rockstar, the last game in the series was GTA 5, which celebrated its ten-year anniversary earlier this month.

Fans have been looking forward to the next game in the franchise, GTA 6, for quite a while now, and they haven’t yet received an official look at the game. However, some early developmental footage was leaked by hackers and that gameplay showed us that the game is in fact in development. Rockstar has said that they will show the game properly once they are ready. Now, voice actor Ned Luke, who played Michael de Santa in GTA 5, spoke on the upcoming game.

What did Michael’s voice actor Ned Luke say about GTA 6?

To celebrate the ten-year anniversary of GTA 5, Ned Luke released a video on TikTok where he spoke about GTA 5 and 6 both. He said:

“We just crossed the threshold of 10 years. 10 years of GTA 5… I just want to give a big shout-out to the fans. Only what, maybe five of those years was ‘where the f*** is GTA 6? Patience guys. It’ll be worth the wait. Trust me. GTA 5 was worth the wait, GTA 6 is gonna be even more worth the wait”.

Ned Luke might appear in the next game, according to rumor, and he’s not the only GTA 5 protagonist said to do so, as Franklin’s voice actor Shawn Fonteno has also been linked to the game.

All of these records have been verified by Guinness World Records, and the game holds even more records too, such as being the bestselling game on the PlayStation 3 with over 20 million copies sold. It even created a record on its very first day of launch, selling just over 11 million copies and quickly becoming the best-selling videogame in 24 hours.
