In the world of cinema, Bradley Cooper is a blazing star. He has delivered stellar and versatile performances throughout his career. Thanks to his voicing the popular character Rocket Raccoon in several movies from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), Cooper holds a special place in the hearts of millions of Marvel fans.
Cooper’s latest venture as an actor and director, Maestro has not had a nice award season. After many nominations, the film has not won many awards. Maestro has certainly been Bradley Cooper’s one of the more demanding projects. Especially since the actor has played dual roles in the film. The film deceived all expectations when it did not get too many wins in its awards list.
Additionally, the film has been surrounded by controversy since it went into production. From Cooper’s decision to wear a prosthetic nose to not having a chair on set to avoid ‘energy dips’, the film has caused a lot of chatter in fan spaces since its initial days. But no one saw the film getting snubbed across all platforms coming.
It opens up a wide array of discussions on why this just might be. The film has been labeled this year’s most notable piece of Oscar bait. Will it work is yet to be found out. But fans have had quite strong reactions to the film and in turn, Bradley Cooper not getting enough recognition.

Thanks to Cooper’s impeccable voice acting, Rocket has become a fan-favorite character. And his performance in Marvel’s Guardians of The Galaxy Vol. 3 was incredibly moving. Maestro, on the other hand, has not received similar reactions. Some fans also claimed that his best performance was in Dungeons and Dragons.
Will Bradley Cooper’s ambitious project bag an Oscar or will an Oscar nomination be all it will win at the 96th Academy Awards? Only time will tell.
