On 3rd October 2018, Disney announced that they will be creating a Lilo & Stitch movie based on the 2002 animated Disney film of the same name. The movie was extremely popular and quickly became famous among children and parents. The film revolved around Lilo & Stitch going on adventures and developing an unbreakable bond.

The announcement delighted the fans, and recently it has been confirmed that Zach Galifianakis would be joining the cast. The actor is known for his comedic role, and he is an excellent voice actor which makes him a great choice for the live-action movie.

Zach Galifianakis Joins the Crew

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Zach Galifianakis has signed to star in the live-action Lilo & Stich movie. The details of the actor’s role still remain in the dark. The movie will be written by Chris Kekaniokalani, the movie will be produced by Dan lin and Jonathan Eirich for Rideback, and Ryan Halprin will be the executive producer for the company.

The Hangover actor is an Emmy-winning actor and his comedic role in The Hangover franchise makes the series one of the funniest movies ever created. The actor has also worked as a voice actor for animated movies such as Big Mouth, Ron’s Gone Wrong, and Sarah Snook. Even though the role of the actor is not disclosed, it can be assumed that the actor will be giving his voice to Stitch.
