Portman was the first to answer the question with an expected response. However, it was Pascal who left fans laughing out loud with his hilarious response. Pascal had the most unexpected answer for being mistaken for another celebrity, which even surprised Portman and Domingo. Here is how Portman and Pascal answered the question in their own way.

Natalie Portman Reveals The Actress She Is Mistaken For All The Time

“Have you ever been mistaken for another actor?”

Domingo posed the above question to Portman and Pascal, asking if they had ever been mistaken for another one of their fellow Hollywood peers.

Portman revealed that she is most commonly mistaken for actress Keira Knightley. Portman also clarified that she did not mind the goof-up. Portman and Knightley first appeared together in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace. The film’s plot sees their characters interchange positions, leading to the actresses often being featured on lists of celebrities who look alike.

Portman and Knightley look so identical that their moms couldn’t tell them apart on the sets of Star Wars, which Knightley revealed in an interview. As a result, the two actresses are one of the most common examples of Hollywood look-alikes, making Portman’s answer to the question a tad predictable and not at all surprising, which wasn’t the case for Pascal.

Pedro Pascal, who was conversing with Domingo and Portman, had a hilarious answer to Domingo’s question. While Portman’s answer was predictable because of her striking similarity with Knightley, Pascal’s answer was extremely surprising and borderline incomprehensible. Pascal revealed that he had once been mistaken for legendary actress Meryl Streep.

Pascal could not hold his laughter before revealing the actor he had been confused for. The answer also left Domingo and Portman in splits as the two could not stop laughing at Pascal’s response. However, Pascal himself addressed the absurdity of someone mistaking him for Streep. The actor stated:

“I was like no, I am not Meryl. She could be me but could never be her.”

Moreover, Pascal’s answer did not disappoint as many fans were left processing the resemblance between Pascal and the three-time Academy Award-winning actress.

While it is unclear whether Pascal was simply joking or actually had someone confuse him from Streep, it still made for a hilarious way to point out the minor resemblance between Streep and Pascal. At the same time, Domingo revealed that he had been once mistaken for Idris Elba. Pascal and Portman both agreed that it was a worthy comparison, ending that particular round of questions on a normal note.
