Kieran Culkin recently lost to Internet’s daddy, Pedro Pascal in an outstanding performance by a male actor in a drama series category at the 2024 Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards. Celebrating the former’s loss, Culkin’s wife, Jazz Charton chimed in to have a little dig on her husband as she gave a shoutout to both the actors on her social media.
The duo has been making headlines for a while due to their feud as they kept on taking jabs at each other on several occasions. While their sweet and sour bromance continues, Charton wraps up their feud in an interesting manner.
Kieran Culkin’s Wife Trolled Her Husband With Pedro Pascal’s First SAG Win
Kieran Culkin and Pedro Pascal have been setting up healthy competition goals in the Hollywood industry. While the former gained recognition with his role in HBO’s Succession, Pascal’s work in The Mandalorian and The Last of Us garnered immense praise. Both Pascal and Culkin were nominated for outstanding performance by a male actor in a drama series at this year’s Screen Actors Guild Awards. The Game of Thrones actor ended up bagging the award which became more special as it further fueled their friendly feud.
Jazz Charton, Kieran Culkin’s wife, also chimed in for a little fun by posting on Instagram. She shared a carousel post featuring pictures of the couple from the event. Among the photos was one featuring Culkin alongside the 48-year-old actor suggesting they were enjoying the moment together.
She took a subtle dig at her husband as she wrote in the caption,
“He’s back, baby! Back to doing what he does best – LOSING. Balance has been restored to the universe. Thank you @pascalispunk for humbling him 🙌.”
Charton has frequently teased her better half on his previous wins but the actors were the ones who kickstarted their frenemy chapter with their little digs here and there.
Bromance Goals in Hollywood With Pedro Pascal & Kieran Culkin!
Their frenemy seemed to have gained attention when the 41-year-old actor called out the latter during his Golden Globes speech when he won the award for Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Series — Drama.
During his acceptance speech, he stated,
“But thanks to Succession, I’ve been in here [Golden Globes] a couple times. It’s nice, but I sort of accepted I was never going to be on this stage, so this is a nice moment. S-ck it, Pedro. Sorry. Mine!”
For the record, the Narcos actor earned a nod in the same category for Joel Miller’s role in The Last of Us. After Culkin threw shade on Pascal, he pretended to cry but eventually took his revenge by beating him at the 2024 SAG Awards.
However, he didn’t just seek revenge by winning the trophy. Backstage, he told Tan France (via EW), “I’m going to make out with Kieran,” and added, “That’ll be my revenge.” The pair surely have a strong respect and admiration for one another but Charlton’s joining their frenemy drama was a funny whack!
Her involvement surely made the conflict interesting just like how Blake Lively trolled her husband, Ryan Reynolds on several occasions. She took a sweet revenge on her spouse by sharing a picture of Ryan Gosling and a half-cut picture of Reynolds on his 41st birthday(via Grazia). It was a paycheck of his prank when the Deadpool star cut half of his wife’s head as he wished on her 30th birthday.
