On the Dagobah Dispatch, a podcast on Spotify, Christensen chatted with the hosts for a while to talk about all things Star Wars. Talking about the presence and absence of George Lucas, portraying Anakin Skywalker for the first time, and several other moments, Hayden Christensen said that he wants to join the Star Wars franchise again.

“If such an opportunity presents itself, I’ll be there with a big smile on my face.”

Fans couldn’t be happier with the news since several people took to X (formerly Twitter) to talk about the possible development. With the break that he took from the franchise, people have started realizing how great Christensen actually was as an actor. Upon his return to the franchise, fans indeed believed in the redemption arc of Christensen’s Skywalker.
