Arnold Schwarzenegger also holds his name among the top-tier action heroes of Hollywood. With franchises like Terminator, Conan, and The Expendables, the actor has been a part of some of the most iconic projects. Eventually, this fame also led him to have competitions with other popular names in the action genre, mainly Bruce Willis and Sylvester Stallone.

But recently when the Commando actor spoke up on Willis’ condition, the fandoms erupted in joy and couldn’t hold back their respect. It was also a heartfelt moment to watch an action icon showing his respect to the latter.

“I think that he’s fantastic. He was, always for years and years, is a huge, huge star. And I think that he will always be remembered as a great, great star. And a kind man. I understand that under his circumstances, health-wise, that he had to retire. But in general, you know, we never really retire. Action heroes, they reload.”

The Rocky fame stated: “Bruce is going through some really, really difficult times… So he’s been sort of incommunicado. That kills me. It’s so sad.” This proved that no matter how much competition existed between the action stars, they always shared a sweet bond of friendship among themselves.

The banter continued further when Arnold Schwarzenegger called out Willis in public and mocked him on his biceps. According to The Last Action Heroes book, the former mocked that Bruce Willis can never be a good action hero due to his “toothpick arms”. 

Unfortunately, Bruce Willis’ aphasia has progressed to the stage of frontotemporal dementia as reported by his daughter. His family has claimed that they would hope the media to raise more awareness of the disease.
