The son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Mildred Baena, who served as his former housekeeper, Joseph Baena is dedicating a lot of time to working out. His followers have become interested in him because he often posts images and videos of his impressive workout sessions on social media.
Baena discussed his relationship with his father in an interview he gave to Extratv at the Los Angeles premiere of Fubar.
As he walked the red carpet apart from The Terminator actor and the rest of the family, the Chariot actor, 25, looked very pleased to be there to support his dad, 75, at the occasion.
Baena opened by disclosing the “best piece of advice” his father gave him when he first decided to follow in his father’s footsteps and enter the entertainment industry. To quote him:
“I mean, just with anything that I do, but especially with acting, he’s really supportive and always, you know, pushing me to work really hard, and then make it my own and, and do it on my own.“
The 25-year-old aspiring actor further said:
“But his main piece of advice has always been, do the reps – and it sounds just like the gym. But it really makes sense because it’s all about practice, practice, practice.”
Joseph Baena Made A Candid Admission
Joseph Baena has been steadily improving in the gym, and his fans have been blown away by the transformation. He has gained a lot of muscle mass in addition to improving his level of fitness overall. He attributes his success to hard work and discipline, as well as his father’s guidance and support.
Later in the interview, Baena revealed that his Commando star father was the “best training partner”. Well, that is not at all shocking. What might surprise people, though, is the vivacious 25-year-old’s admission that he is finally starting to catch up with Arnold Schwarzenegger at the gym.
“I’m starting to starting to lift a little. I’m starting to catch up with the weights but, you know, he pushes me so much in the gym and and we love training together.”
Moreover, Baena’s response when asked which of the two was “stronger” was:
“Right now, I do not want to say but he [Arnold Schwarzenegger] will always be the strongest in the family.”
The Twins actor’s son has already appeared in a number of projects, including Bully High, the television miniseries Scam Squad, and the science fiction 2022 film, Chariot.
