Johan Pilestedt, game director and CEO of Arrowhead Game Studios, likes to enter player missions and give them some clues and insights into the game. In the latest mission that he entered, he talked about future additions to Helldivers 2.

Pilestedt dropped into one of YouTuber Operator Drewski missions and began to share many details about how to confront Terminids and the specifics of how they behave. The CEO talks about how certain bugs can even smell the enemy and hear their footsteps. He even shared that gas orbitals are really effective against bugs.

But one of the most notorious details that he shared was about the possibility of having a first-person view when you drop in the pod; this will be very immersive, like Halo 3: ODST a couple of years ago.

With the cinematic feeling of the game, it’s easy to see why Johan Pilestedt would like to add this to Helldivers 2, but whether or not we can expect to see it is another matter. With the long list of fixes, updates and new features promised, it’ll be interesting to see.

This particular mission with the CEO of the game continued and gave more information, like the fact that you can throw back grenades at bots. If you break line of sight with bots for 4 seconds, they will begin to look for you in the last play you were seen. With the help of smoke, you can escape from enemies by being a little stealthy. As for the stratagems, if you miss a command, you can check the left of your screen to see what you are doing.

I'm a big fan of movies and videogames in general. I really love Pokémon and Godzilla. One of my favorite games is The Last of Us, Part II. A compelling and well-written story is always welcome.
