The issue with this specific Helldivers 2 mission is that it is only available for players who fight for democracy at the first or second difficulty levels, making it very easy to miss for pro gamers who prefer more of a challenge. This is causing fans to implore Arrowhead Game Studios to let them “do it on every difficulty,” leading to an extensive discussion on the Helldivers subreddit.
Even at the lower difficulties, the mission is highly entertaining and feels like it comprises the true spirit of the game, making it seem like the Helldivers 2 soldiers have really accomplished something extraordinary.
Some Helldivers 2 Players Are Not Even Aware of the Mission
Another Helldivers 2 player pointed out that they “have never even had this objective because” they always “went to higher difficulties pretty much straight away,” asking fellow community members about the difficulty levels that it appears for.
For those wondering the best way to experience this fan-favorite mission, it is being recommended to check it out on Level 2, which is Easy, as then the objective requires the player to raise three Super Earth flags, prompting the accompanying anthem to play three times as well.
On the first difficulty level, Helldivers 2 players only have to raise one flag.
