At the time of writing, it has been mentioned by Johan Pilestedt that “there’s nothing in the plans where we want to be acquired by somebody.” which provides gamers with hope that the studio will continue to run as it is for the forseable future.

The reason behind this is that the developers want to encourage the studio to go as high as it possibly can, and now that it has brought Shams on board, there is the possibility for the company to fly higher than ever before.

One of the main drives that the company leads is focusing on creating a studio in which people within the industry want to work, whether they are coming from other studios or making their debut.

As stated above, one of the biggest aims that Johan Pilestedt and Shams Jorjani are aiming for the studio is to be the next big studio that creates some of the most innovative and exciting games for players around the world to enjoy.

One of its biggest hopes is that it becomes a studio that causes future developers to say something like, “I want to work at Arrowhead” as they grow up and go through their journey as developers.

This came about due to the drive that Jorjani had themselves, in which they aimed to become a part of Blizzard during their younger years, but now that they have become a part of Arrowhead, their hope is to create an environment that invites developers to start their career with them.
