“He’s like, ‘He wouldn’t do it though. We’ve got to show that he’s a man without courage, who doesn’t take risks, and if he gets up there and sings in front of her now, at this early stage, you be like, oh, well he takes risks,’

You know, we’ve got to make a smart decision. And so I was like, huh, and then Ana goes ‘I’ll do it!’ Even better, OK. And we only use a tiny little bit of it. It was more about how unwilling Chris’s character is to take risks. He’s just risk-averse. And that I think, actually in the long run, pays off.”

Ghosted director Dexter Fletcher openly entertained the fact that Chris Evans gave a very fabulous performance in the movie and the credit for the fact that the movie received good reviews mostly goes to the Gifted actor. Fletcher also praised Evans due to his witty and comedic performance and also added that throughout the shoot, the lead actor made many crucial decisions that though initially did not affect the movie, it paid off in the long run. Moreover, Ana de Armas played a perfect role in complimenting Chris Evans’ comedic role. The movie premiers globally on Apple TV+ and not in theatres worldwide.
