Regardless of your feelings toward him, one thing is certain: Donald Trump has actually succeeded in reviving our political interest in the country. Sure, the 45th president of the United States can be bold and forthright at times, and he occasionally does things that are highly offensive and wholly inappropriate, but he is not at all ‘boring’.
He holds nothing back when discussing subjects, which draws you in, compels you to listen, and causes you to think about ideas you might not have otherwise. However, in one of his previous dinner outings with his wife (Melania Trump), the former president became the hot topic of discussion yet again. While dining at a high-end restaurant, onlookers could not help but notice Trump’s immature behavior, which resembled that of a toddler playing with an iPad.
Donald Trump Gets Trolled for Being Immature at Dinner with Wife
Donald Trump, 77, was previously spotted intensely focused on his iPad throughout his meal at Mar-a-Lago, barely paying attention to his spouse, Melania Trump, or the other diners around him. The scene, which has recently gained attention on social media, reminded onlookers of a child immersed in a game or cartoon, prompting them to laugh and shake their heads in disbelief.
Of course, social media was quick to pick up on the situation, and Trump was soon trending once again for his childlike behavior. Memes and jokes flooded Twitter, with many users mocking the former president for his lack of social grace and maturity.
Let us hear some of them via X:
He’s on his iPad like a toddler at a restaurant.

Mommy gave him his iPad to keep him occupied during dinner?

What I “notice” is Melania couldn’t get any farther AWAY from Donald at this dinner table if she got in a car and DROVE AWAY FROM HIM!! 🤣
Reminds me of a bad date I had yrs ago, I almost wanted to tell him…no need to stop at the house, just slow down & I’ll jump out.😉

My toddler son likes to do the same thing when we’re out

I notice he can do many things at one time. Joe Biden can't even complete one sentence. Case closed. 😊

Well, regardless of where you stand on the issue, one thing is clear: Trump’s conduct during a meal with his wife was childish and careless. Maybe it is time for him to put down his iPad and behave like a gentleman, not a “toddler”.
Donald Trump And His Wife ‘Had Words’ While Dining At Mar-A-Lago
The former president Donald Trump and his wife, Melania Trump, allegedly got into a fight a few years ago during dinner at Mar-a-Lago that was too obvious for the general public to see. The source informed PEOPLE:
“Melania was upset and they had words with each other over something. The couple was eating together in the club’s dining area on March 30 [2019].”
According to this source, the nature of the issue is still unknown. The witness’ account, according to Mrs. Trump’s spokeswoman, Stephanie Grisham, was “completely false”, but she did not provide further details, only telling PEOPLE that
“I would encourage the anonymous source to say such things on the record.”
The couple’s marriage has been the subject of speculation since Trump has previously failed to hold her hand in front of the media (see PEOPLE). The president denied those allegations, however. Meanwhile, in an interview with ABC News (via THR) in 2018, Mrs. Trump stated she was unfazed.
“It is not a concern and focus of mine. I’m a mother and a first lady and I have much more important things to think about and to do. I know people like to speculate and the media like to speculate about our marriage.”
She went on, “It is not always pleasant”, of course, adding
“But I know what is right and what is wrong and what is true or not true.”
Anyway, all things considered, though, Donald Trump deserves a great deal of credit for inspiring a lot of us to watch the presidential debates and rekindle our interest in politics.
