I was just totally tonguing your girl.’ And I looked at him and I went ‘Okay, man.’ And he just started to melt and he went ‘I am so sorry. That wasn’t funny at all.I am so sorry.’ (laughs) Like till this day he can’t get over the fact that that’s the first thing he said to me.”
Surprisingly, this amusingly awkward first meeting set the stage for an enduring friendship between John Krasinski and Matt Damon.
