Yet, love them or loathe them, Snyder and his films possess a definite power, a power that has garnered a fiercely loyal fanbase. One such huge fan of the director is Fra Fee, his co-worker from the sets of “Rebel Moon”.

Hawkeye Star Fra Fee Would Work Again With Zack Snyder In A Heartbeat

Fresh off his stint as a member of the Tracksuit Mafia in Hawkeye, Irish actor Fra Fee landed on an vastly different universe under the command of Zack Snyder. He was praised for his role in the Disney+ series where he portrayed Kazi who repeatedly tangled with Jeremy Renner‘s Hawkeye throughout the series.

While Kazi might not have possessed the impressive archery skills of Hawkeye, he certainly left a mark with an impressive loyalty to his own twisted moral code. In 2023, he stepped into the shoes of Balisarius in Rebel Moon. He recently sat down for an interview with Looper discussing his character in the Netflix movie.

His character development in the movie seems particularly impressive, and he credits Snyder’s  approach to it. Balisarius is set to appear in both parts of the film, and Fee explains how Snyder crafted a detailed backstory for him, filling in the gaps between the younger and older versions of the character we see on screen.

“He’s a masterful storyteller. It’s truly, truly inspiring to watch him in his playground with all of the tools at his disposal. His imagination is, it’s infinite, truly.”

“And when speaking about the character, in which, of course for these two movies, Balisarius has peppered throughout. We see him as a young man in “Part One” and an older man in “Part Two.” .. “Zack was able to fill in those blanks with such detail. I’m not sure I would’ve had the gift of that from other filmmakers. I would work again with him in a heartbeat.”

It is always a great sight to see talented artists respect other talented artists. While Rebel Moon – Part One was not a critical hit, watching Snyder and Fee work again together will surely be a treat to the fans.

The excitement won’t stop here as the director’s cut of both these movies will be released later this year. It seems Netflix is paying huge interest in this new media franchise and may be planning to expand it to a grand scale.
