Milly Alcock has impressed the global audience with her portrayal of young Rhaenyra Targaryen in House of the Dragon. Given that she is recently making headlines for getting a cape in James Gunn’s DCU for Supergirl, fans are showing their support with epic art pieces imagining her in the role of Superman’s cousin.
Following making her debut with the Wonderland series, she emerged as a promising talent by showcasing her craft in the Game of Thrones prequel. As soon as reports about her being among the top contenders emerged, a few of the fan artists displayed their jaw-dropping creativity to make her Supergirl.

As the DCEU has come to its end with Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, DC Studios is moving forward with a soft reboot bringing several new projects including Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow.
While the project is currently in its early development, casting is yet to be confirmed. But, House of the Dragon actress, Milly Alcock has made her way as one of the top contenders for the role as per reports. With rumors circulating about her becoming a frontrunner, several fan arts have emerged depicting her as Superman’s cousin.
Digital artist 21XFOUR showcased the Upright actress as Kara Zor-El.

Meanwhile, another artist, Carlos Gonzalez shows Alcock in a Supergirl costume inspired by Melissa Benoist’s Supergirl from the Arrowverse and Kara’s version in the Injustice 2 video game. Alcock’s is the artist’s “Favorite Choice” to portray the comic character.

Milly Alcock is Reportedly the Frontrunner as Woman of Tomorrow
Last week, a report from Deadline surfaced about the casting for the titular role in the upcoming Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow. Her name was among the top three contenders to test for the role meanwhile the other two actresses were The Winchesters actor, Meg Donnelly and CODA actress, Emilia Jones.
While the director’s chair is still empty, DC Studios co-boss, James Gunn is set to be a part of the process. The report also mentioned that the character would likely make its debut as a cameo in a DC project. While the screening test is expected to take place within the month, Ana Nogueira has reportedly taken charge to write the script for the Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow.
