The movie was a highly anticipated one after its first part was released in 2021. Fans had their fingers crossed about the quality of the movie and to their delight, the crew didn’t disappoint them. However, it seems like the critics are not quite impressed by the movie’s content. To them, there is still some scope for improvement.

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire Rotten Tomatoes Score Resembles That of Zack Snyder’s DCEU

Directed by Adam Wingard and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures, Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire is the 5th MonsterVerse movie featuring the two most powerful beasts in the movie world, Godzilla and King Kong. The movie is about both Godzilla and King Kong facing a colossal threat that directly challenges their existence as well as the survival chances of the entire mankind. With its storyline and action scenes, the movie has already become quite popular among the audiences.

In fact, the movie debuted with a 92% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. However, critics didn’t like the movie much and that’s why from 128 critic reviews, the movie only got 54% on the Tomatometer.

The difference between the critics’ score and the audience score gives flashbacks of Zack Snyder’s DCEU. For example, Zack Snyder’s Justice League got a 93% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, but there were some critics’ reviews that disagreed.
