Dwayne Johnson appeared before fans ahead of WrestleMania 40 and young fans in the front row holding the NXT belt merchandise got the mic making The Final Boss spellbound for a while. “You know why I got ticket to WrestleMania?” the kid asked Johnson. “Why what?” The Rock replied with a cloud of confusion on his face. “Why do you think I got ticket to WrestleMania on Sunday?” he asked The Rock.

The People’s Champion almost believed that the kid would want to rope him into something but the kid had the wildest response that The Rock was not even expecting. “So I can see when you beat Cody [Rhodes],” he said. Then The Rock invited the kid who was wearing a Rock shirt for a photograph but the most amazing thing for Johnson was when the kid asked if he could invite his younger brother for the moment to celebrate with him.

“How cool is this kid, that in this once-in-a-lifetime moment – he has the [love] to want to get his brother up on stage with us!! That’s sibling love right there. I consider myself a lucky SOB and there’s a lot of cool parts about my job – and meeting people is one of them. ESPECIALLY our kids. You two boys stay cool, study hard, listen to your parents and I appreciate the love!” The Final Boss captioned sharing the video.

Fascinating indeed. Following the return of Johnson to WWE and after starting his tenure as a member of the Board of Director of TKO Holdings (WWE’s parent company), the company got a completely new direction gaining the wide fanbase back. Also, he, along with other superstars, made WrestleMania 40 a spectacle to behold.

After WrestleMania 40, The Rock appeared in RAW, confronting or rather congratulating Cody Rhodes who was victorious claiming the Universal Championship defeating Roman Reigns. Johnson announced that he would have to leave WWE for a while for his commitment to movies but he would return for The American Nightmare. Recently, The Rock shared a video on his Instagram teasing his WWE return.

“Now, my sights are set on the next WrestleMania [41]. But that’s down the road, a conversation [for] down the road. Congratulations to Cody Rhodes, the new Universal Champion. s I had said, when ‘The Final Boss’ returns, he’s coming back for you. I’ll make you bleed again, boy [laughs]. Congratulations, Cody Rhodes,” Johnson said in his Instagram reel.

The Rock also teased his post-WrestleMania update revealing his “Body feels GREAT.” He got “banged up pretty good, but no injuries,” he wrote in the caption. At this point, it is uncertain when The Final Boss will make his surprising WWE entrance again as he is roped in a few movie projects including Moana 2.

Moana 2 is slated for 27 November 2024 release.
