Sandra Bullock once appeared with American comedian Chelsea Handler while the latter was naked. Well, the interaction was quite awkward as they apparently had a scripted catfight where Chelsea Handler was humiliated when the Gravity actress rejected her.
Appearing in Chelsea Handler’s E! talk show, the actress immediately starts talking to Chelsea Handler as they both were naked in a shower. With the tone of the show being that of intervention, Sandra Bullock reportedly told Handler that she does not want to sleep with her.
Sandra Bullock Refused To Sleep With Chelsea Handler
During the run of the interview, Sandra Bullock portrayed the character of a dominating actress. While she and Chelsea Handler were in the shower, the actress had quite an interesting conversation with each other which worked as an intervention for the latter comedian.
While getting to the point directly, Sandra Bullock commanded Chelsea Handler to stop sleeping with her guests. With Handler being a talk show host, the American comedian has had a history of joking and flirting around with her guests.
“Did I say you could talk? No. Because when you interrupt me, it’s like interrupting Oprah. Stop sleeping with your guests! Stop it! It’s beneath you. That is why I have not done your show. I do not want to sleep with you.”
During the run of the video, Sandra Bullock jokingly bullied Chelsea Handler by stating that she was not a good talk show host and compared her to the likes of Oprah.
Sandra Bullock Further Insulted Chelsea Handler
The Speed actress revealed that Chelsea Handler had a responsibility to work towards being a greater talk show host. Comparing her to Oprah, Bullock stated that she feels disappointed with Chelsea Handler.
“You have a responsibility to be a respectable talk show host. This comes directly from Oprah’s mouth, to my ear, to my mouth, out of my mouth, into your ear, down your body. The theme of this message is that you are a huge disappointment,”
She further continued,
“You have a responsibility to be a role model — a role model to young girls and gay and questioning youth. And you need to lay off the booze. Lay off the booze. Lay off the booze!”
With such a controversial interview, the video was a part of Chelsea Lately which ran for a total of 4 seasons from 2007 to 2014. As for Sandra Bullock, the actress was last seen in the 2022 movie Bullet Train. Starring alongside Brad Pitt, Bullet Train is available to stream on Netflix in the U.S.
