Following the rules set up by Jennifer Lopez has turned out great for Ben Affleck

According to reports, Jennifer Lopez has limited Affleck’s alcohol consumption and urges the actor to be in great shape, considering that Lopez takes her and Affleck’s health very seriously. She stated.

“I don’t drink or smoke or have caffeine. That really wrecks your skin as you get older.”

But it seems that this rule has turned out well for the actor, considering Affleck was suffering from severe alcohol abuse during his relationship with Jennifer Garner and almost lost everything for it. The actor also went on to debunk some speculations regarding their wedding clauses and expressed his thought on it by stating,

“You can’t legislate behavior. You’ve got to believe in the person and believe you can meet the challenges you face. Neither of us are stupid or naïve. It would be nice if you could have ‘The Rules,’ but you just can’t write it down.”

Apart from limiting the actor’s certain activities, the rules between the duo have also helped in strengthening their bond and have resulted in a more healthy relationship.
