Miller has quite a few successful movies under their belt including the big-budget movie franchise Fantastic Beasts. However, playing Barry Allen aka the Flash has elevated his fame to a different level. The Perks of Being a Wallflower star has faced multiple allegations over the years. In a Tweet (now deleted), a disturbing video appeared to have included Ezra Miller choking a woman and throwing her to the ground at Prikið Kaffihús, a bar in Reykjavik, Iceland.

In another video posted on their Instagram (now deleted), Miller challenged members of the Ku Klux Klan to “kill themselves” with their own guns, or else “we’ll do it for you if that’s what you want.”

Last year in March, Miller was arrested in Hawaii and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment allegedly for getting into a fight at a karaoke bar. Almost two days after the incident, the couple who lived with Miller at a hostel and paid for their $500 bail, filed a restraining order against the actor.

Just weeks later, the actor was again in the custody of Hawaii police for allegedly throwing a chair that hit a woman at a private party. The woman was found to have a half-inch cut on her forehead after that. Later in August 2022,  the actor was charged with a count of felony burglary in Stamford, Vermont. Other than that, Miller also found himself amidst other offenses.

Michael Shannon who is returning as General Zod in the new The Flash movie recently told Vanity Fair that he is aware of the issue surrounding the studio but he is far from keeping a close eye on it.

“But I hear there’s been some—I’ve gotta admit, I’m not looking at the trades every morning, keeping my finger on the pulse of things, but I know there’s been some issues. It seems like they’re ready to let it out,” Shannon said.

Shannon also revealed that Miller has been very kind to the actor while filming adding that “it’s difficult to talk about” the whole story.

“If you’re talking about Ezra [Miller], I thought Ezra was lovely—very kind to me when I was there. It’s difficult to talk about, but I always give people a lot of slack in this business, because there’s a lot of people in this business that have issues. And some people have more privacy than others.”

“Any time somebody is out in the spotlight getting picked on, I feel for them. Even if it’s warranted, it’s still a horrible situation.”

Shannon also revealed that he was shocked when he got a call from Andy Muschietti about The Flash regarding his character who died in Man of Steel. He only agreed to appear in the new movie after getting Zack Snyder’s blessing. Also, being on the set of Man of Steel is different from The Flash, the Zod, actor revealed.

It appears that Shannon’s comment on his co-star is rather balanced as he has no personal issues with them. Earlier, Aquaman star Jason Momoa faced heavy backlash after publicly supporting Miller.
