Jennifer Garner’s Cast as Elektra Was Quite Hard for Her

Jennifer Garner has made headlines multiple times during her career as an actor in Hollywood. Her movies have been exceptionally well and she received the right amount of praise for it. Garner was even a part of the leading superhero franchise years before it even began, the MCU. She was cast as Elektra in Daredevil, although the movie had a decent run at the box office, she had a very bad experience filming it. “I had to be cut out of and sewn into the pleather pants every time I had to pee, and that was like a 45-minute undertaking so I definitely held it. I had so many chicken cutlet fake boobs in to make Elektra’s boobs.

I think there were like three on each side of different sizes, and everything was pushed up and out. I was just this close to a wardrobe malfunction at all times. There’s not enough tape in the world to make this stuff safe.”

During an interview with Comic Book Movie, Jennifer Garner shared that she had the worst time in her life whenever she had to put on the suit for Elektra as it had all the unusual stuff going on. Every time she had to go to the washroom, the suit had to be cut and sewn back again, it was difficult from her perspective as she did not get many opportunities to relax while wearing the dress. Moreover, the dress had fake b**bs in it to make the character look more promising, the situation was so bad that the set was a step away from causing a wardrobe malfunction.
