People say dreams cannot be real. Well, just like how Jamie Foxx suffered a major health condition, another MCU star had quite a similar situation during his breakout role. The Avengers star Mark Ruffalo would have loved it if his dreams had not become real since he had a weird dream that turned out to be true.
Dreaming about a brain tumor, Mark Ruffalo told a doctor about his vivid and weird dream. Well, the actor then proceeded to have a CAT scan and an MRI. Turns out, his dream became a horrible reality for the actor since he actually had a brain tumor the size of a golf ball!
Mark Ruffalo Had A Dream About His Tumor
Back in 2000, the MCU actor was working on the film You Can Count on Me. During the shooting of the film, Mark Ruffalo revealed that he had a vivid dream. Talking about his personal medical problems, the actor spoke up in a 2013 interview with the Acoustic Neuroma Association.
During the interview, the actor revealed that he had a dream that he had a brain tumor. Being good friends with the on-set doctor, Ruffalo went to her and stated that he had a weird dream. Wanting to rest his fears, the doctor suggested that they do a CAT and an MRI scan. Turns out, the actor did have a brain tumor the size of a golf ball!
“I was working on a movie when I had a dream that I had a brain tumor, and it was like no other dream that I’d ever had. I had become friendly with the set doctor on that movie who was on the board of the local hospital,”
He further continued,
“I went to her that morning and I said, ‘listen, I had a really scary dream last night and you’re probably going to think I’m crazy, but I think I have a brain tumor and I’d really like to get it checked out.’ And she said, ‘you are crazy, but you shouldn’t have to live with that fear, so I’ll order you an MRI—or CAT scan—tomorrow.'”
The actor further recalled that the doctor returned with the test results and revealed that he did have a brain tumor behind his left ear. Jamie Foxx has been suffering from his own personal medical condition but he seems to be recovering quite speedily.

Back in April, Foxx’s family revealed on Instagram that the actor had suffered a medical condition while working. As per the reports, the actor simply collapsed and was rushed to the hospital. With his family updating the world with the news of the actor, Foxx came out safe from the incident.

The actor shared a heartfelt message on his Instagram, that he is “finally starting to feel like” himself. The world hopes the actor has a speedy recovery as his medical condition was kept discreet for the privacy of him and his family.
