In an appearance on Conan O’Brien’s late-night talk show, actor Timothy Olyphant was promoting his film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, which also starred Brad Pitt. He was asked about his experience working with Pitt on the film. Olyphant had nothing but kind and inspiring words for the actor. He also admired his dedication to his craft while hilariously revealing how he came to set versus how Brad, with all his style and flamboyance, came to set. He said,
“First of all, from the jump, the whole thing was a dream come true. At the read-through…I showed up early…in my electric car…the only person who arrived just before me was Brad Pitt, only he arrived on a chopper. And, I kind of thought, ‘Well, there lies the difference.’”
O’Brien and Olyphant then talked about Pitt’s good looks and how even men are jealous of his style and charm. Olyphant even went to the extent that he is ready to leave his wife for Pitt because he is ‘as cool as it gets’. He hilariously joked about this desire of his, saying,
“I’ve said to my wife, I told you, I said, ‘you know, I’d never leave my wife for another woman, but there’s a chance I might leave her for Brad Pitt.’ He’s just that wonderful”
Both Olyphant and O’Brien hilariously acknowledge being gay for Pitt in how much they admire and look up to the actor and also how Olyphant’s wife would understand if he left her for Pitt.
