According to a tweet shared by Netflix entertainment writer John DiLillo on X, James Cameron apparently implemented CGI to craft each and every glass structure in the movie. Now this is something that blew people’s minds, for they never imagined that Cameron would use CGI to make a trivial thing like glass. 

But certainly, it’s not that trivial, for using CGI to create scenes that involve glasses helps avoid camera and crew reflections. It successfully saves a lot of time and effort. But obviously, it’s something that never strikes common people, which is why even John DiLillo claimed that he “never even considered that possibility” that James Cameron would use CGI to craft real-life glasses.
