During an Interview Magazine back in 2012, Brad Pitt shared that he was cast for a co-star role in a Martin Scorsese film, The Departed, but he backed away from it due to his old age and decided to give the role to the young ones in the industry. Matt Damon replaced Pitt and went on bag an Oscar-winning movie under his belt. The movie made $291 million with a budget of $90 million at the box office.

Well, currently, Brad Pitt does not have any movie or TV show lined up for him but given his caliber and effect in the industry, it is only a matter of time before a role comes rolling to him. Right now, Pitt’s production company, Plan B Entertainment is working on a project with Paramount Pictures for Netflix. The project will be directed by Davin Fincher and will be an adaptation of the Matz French comic, The Killer. The filming for the movie has been officially finished and is currently in its post-production stage. The Killer is expected to be released on Netflix on November 10, 2023.
