“I notice this young lady watching Spider-Man: Homecoming and you know it was kinda cool and then this other lady walked past me and I said to my brother, ‘That lady looks so unwell’. And then all of a sudden I heard this thud next to me and I look to my left and this lady passed out next to me. Full on out cold.

So I jumped up, I am not a doctor, I’m an actor. I was like, ‘Mam are you alright?’ So I was calling for a doctor, I was trying to clear her hair out of her face, check her airways and stuff. I was useless, I was trying to find her pulse, I don’t know how to do that, ‘She has no pulse, oh no she does’ I just don’t know how to do it.”

During a talk show on YouTube, the young actor came to share a very tragic yet funny story of how he felt quite useless in front of a bunch of people as he failed to read the pulse of a lady who just happened to pass out in front of him. The way he shares the incident brought a smile to everyone’s face but it also provides us with an important message of knowing the first aid regulations, as it just could save one’s life.
