But her performance in the film wasn’t all that makes her memorable, it was also the affair that she was a part of with Hollywood legend Harrison Ford on the sets of the films, something that she regretted as she neared the end of her life.

Despite denying any romantic feelings towards her co-star, on her deathbed in 2016, she revealed that she indeed had an affair with the Indiana Jones star in 1977 for a brief moment in their time together. In her memoir The Princess Diarist, she talked about how it was just unlike her to get into this kind of a relationship with anyone, and yet, she also talked about how it didn’t count for Ford as infidelity, as she was very short in height. Along with this, she also talked about her regret of engaging in an extramarital affair with the then father of two and a married man, saying:

“I wasn’t raised that way, But when you’re on location — this is something I discovered — everything is permitted.”

Despite this experience and the regret that was associated with it, she kept her head held high until the day she closed her eyes forever.
