Cassandra Peterson Shared Her Thoughts on Hitting on Brad Pitt

She was among the people casting for the roles with the then-young Pitt being one of the contenders. Revealing the reason why he couldn’t bag the role, she shared,

“He auditioned for it and I was one of the people casting it and we decided, I said that he is just so damn cute that if he was there, there is no way I would like my boyfriend.”

She revealed that the A-lister was 20 years old at the time and auditioned to play the role of a minor which meant that her hitting on the Bullet Train star would have looked quite inappropriate.

“I would be after him and he’s playing underage so it wouldn’t be a good thing.”

Though he couldn’t get the part, she did pass on a little something for her ‘cute’ guy.

“I did write ‘yum yum’ in the comments box. That’s the only thing that I remember.”

While she was unable to work with him due to his extreme charm, she was quite happy when the latter moved near her house.

“I’ll tell you the great part about having him as a neighbor is I walk down the street walking my dogs in the morning and he’d be there in this little garage area, like, punching a punching bag for his movie to keep fit and no shirt on or no anything and I mean, honest to god, I almost fainted every time I saw him. It was just too much first thing in the morning.”

While the Troy star was unable to bag the minor role, he had his star moment not long after that as he gained prominence due to his cowboy hitchhiker role in the 1991 film, Thelma & Louise. From then on, his career only moved forward making him one of the most influential personalities in the industry.
