With a very small role with barely any screen time to her name, Zoe Saldaña stated that she hated working on the sets of the 2003 film. As per the actress’ quotes on IMDB, the actress hated working on the set so much that she had reached the point of giving up on acting!

“I didn’t like the experience of working on Pirates and I feel that it is my job to be completely honest. To me, that’s what a Hollywood movie felt like. If that’s what I have to witness, and have to go through, to do a Hollywood movie, I’d rather do something else. It was just too massive. You really felt the immensity of it. Just not my taste.”

Although the actress had mentioned this in a couple of interviews, Zoe Saldaña revealed that she had met producer Jerry Bruckheimer years later and he actually apologized to her!
