It seems the star hardly seems to rest for he continues to mesmerize and entertain audiences with his amazing acting genius.
Among his most memorable movies is the Rush Hour series in which he starred along with the celebrated actor and comedian Chris Tucker. Last seen together in 2007, the two are said to collaborate again for a fourth part. However, they remain good friends till now and Chan even once made fun of his co-star once for his annoying inactivity in Hollywood.

Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker starrer Rush Hour franchise continues to remain a fan favorite, thanks to its unique blend of action and comedy, the unique character dynamic, iconic catchphrases and so much more. Still enjoyed by many, it helped Chan and Tucker’s careers immensely, making them one of the best comedic duos in Hollywood.
While Jackie Chan continues to remain active in Hollywood and Asia, filming movie after movie without much break, his co-star Tucker seems to take his sweet time around the industry. In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, back in 2010, the Police Story star brutally roasted Tucker due to his inactivity.
He was asked whether he had any holidays or did he had recently gotten to enjoy the holiday session, the star replied.
“I am not like Chris Tucker, one film six years. Every time I call him, ‘Jackie what are you doing?’, ‘I am filming’. I say ‘What are you doing?’.. ‘I am waiting for Rush Hour 4’.”
While this was a decade ago, Rush Hour 4 hasn’t happened yet although there are chances that it might happen soon.
Will There Be A Rush Hour 4?
The Rush Hour franchise is a fan favorite all over the world thanks to its unique storyline and comedic elements. The presence of an actor like Jackie Chan makes it even more so amazing, creating it a winning combination. However, it was in 2007 that the last movie appeared, and ever since then there have been multiple talks of Rush Hour 4 taking place but nothing has ever happened.
In a recent interview (via Variety), Chris Tucker was asked what future projects is he looking forward to, and he replied.
“‘Rush Hour 4,’ that’s something I definitely will probably drop in there because I love working with Jackie.”
While both Tucker and Chan have hinted and shown interest in the movie, there has been no official confirmation so far.
