In the commercial, Schwarzenegger films an action movie called “Agent State Farm” and delivers the insurance company’s motto in his signature accent.
In a recent interview, Schwarzenegger revealed that he gets asked to do a lot of endorsements and commercials but he refuses to do them. The only reason why he agreed to do a commercial for State Farm was because he thinks they do public service. In the past, the actor has made a lot of money from commercials, particularly from a 30-second Bud Light advertisement, from which he made $3 million. He has consistently appeared in Super Bowl ads over the years.

In a recent interview with Variety, actor Arnold Schwarzenegger talked about his 2024 State Farm Super Bowl commercial, revealing that he gets a lot of offers to star in commercials but he agreed to work with State Farm because of this reason,
“They’re here for the people and the community and it’s also very entertaining. It’s the making of an action movie. I saw all the action sequences – blowing up the house, the helicopter and all this crazy stuff – and I said, ‘This is perfect.’ We laughed the whole time. That is how I kind of pick those things. I get asked to do a lot of endorsements and commercials, but I’m not in need of money. I’ve made plenty of money.”
The teaser trailer of Agent State Farm was dropped recently and showcased the actor as a heroic State Farm insurance agent. As of 2024, actor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s net worth is $450 million, as per Parade, so naturally, the actor isn’t too desperate to find commercials to star in.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is not a stranger to Super Bowl advertisements
When Schwarzenegger said he has made “plenty of money,” he was not joking. In 2014, the actor appeared in a Super Bowl Bud Light advertisement alongside Don Cheadle and OneRepublic.
In 2016 and 2017, he did a commercial for Mobile Strike, a freemium mobile game, reciting some of his classic action movie one-liners. In 2022, Schwarzenegger appeared in a BMW ad with Salma Hayek to play the mythical power couple Zeus and Hera. Apart from this, it is a well-established fact that Schwarzenegger has made a lot of money from his action flicks. He currently has a whopping net worth of $450 million.
